Xcode → signed IPA → TestFlight → Teams notification. The lanes use the standard fastlane actions build_app and upload_to_testflight, authenticated with an App Store Connect API key, so there are no Apple ID passwords or 2FA prompts.

Caution: iOS lanes need macOS with Xcode. On Windows/Linux they stop with "iOS lanes require macOS with Xcode installed".
