Build and upload to TestFlightiOS

Run the iOS lanes through Bundler from the project root on a Mac.

Lane	What it does
`ios doctor`	`pod install`, workspace, shared scheme, signing inputs, API key
`ios info`	Prints resolved iOS config
`ios build`	`pod install` → signing → build number → signed IPA in `dist/ios/<env>/`
`ios distribute`	Build + upload to TestFlight + external groups

[10:02:11]: Build number: 58 (latest TestFlight build 57 + 1)
[10:14:02]: Successfully exported and signed the ipa file
[10:14:03]: --- upload_to_testflight ---
[10:16:47]: Successfully uploaded the new binary to App Store Connect
[10:16:48]: Distributing to external groups: Beta Testers
[10:16:50]: Fastlane completed successfully: distribute

Build processing on Apple's side can take 10–30 minutes after the upload.
